Order and Shipping Policies

Payments by Credit Card:
We accept all major debit and credit cards along with ShopPay, and PayPal in our online shopping cart. We provide secure checkout with a SSL Certificate and we are PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

Shipping Methods and Timeframe:
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing for orders placed on a business day (Monday through Friday). We ship products using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS which usually takes three to five business days to arrive from the day the order is shipped and tracking number provided.

Free Shipping: Contiguous US Only
Please Note: Free Shipping on orders of $125.00 or more is for the contiguous United States orders only. *Hawaii and Alaska orders will be required to pay for shipment by air. **International Orders will be required to cover full shipping cost.

Shipment Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number so you can track your package at your convenience.

Damaged Product:
If you happen to receive a product that is damaged in shipping or defective (product does not pump out for example) please contact us by email or phone. Esthetician Lab will provide a return shipping label for the damaged product’s return. We will send you a replacement for the damaged product once we have received and reviewed the returned damaged/defective product.

Please read the Esthetician Lab Return Policy below:

  • If your product happens to arrive damaged or is defective (does not properly dispense) please contact us to explain the issue by email at info@estheticianlab.com. We will contact you to resolve the issue and provide a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with a return shipping label to ship the product back to us.
  • Esthetician Lab will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
  • All return correspondence is conducted via email at info@estheticianlab.com
  • Please allow up to five business days to process your return once we have received your returned items.
